Prices
As of 1 September 2018, hourly charges are as follows:
Academic tuition to KS3 and GCSE standard: £40/hour
Academic tuition to A level standard: £45/hour
Some extra charges will be made to cover travelling cost and time if a tutor lives
further than a mile from the student's home.
If more than one student is tutored at the same time, an extra charge will be made
to cover the tutor's photocopying expenses and extra preparation time.
Payment is to be made at the end of each session. If a tutoring session is cancelled
rather than postponed at less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee may be charged.
